Flagship of Victrola's Stream line (model VPT-4000): lossless 24-bit/48kHz FLAC streaming to Sonos, UPnP and Roon Ready endpoints plus Bluetooth and RCA out. Ortofon 2M Blue, carbon fiber tonearm, brushless DC motor and real walnut veneer plinth.
The most ambitious streaming turntable sold in the US — Sonos-certified vinyl at the $1,500 level.
Good to know
- Has a built-in phono stage, so it can feed a normal line input on an amplifier or powered speakers without a separate phono box.
- Can transmit over Bluetooth as well as a wired output. A wired connection avoids Bluetooth codec compression.
