The 'Magic Groove' mid-tier Vertere: a multi-layer platter and articulated tonearm mount, a big step up from the DG. Sold in the US as the MG-1 MKII Magic Groove.
Model history: The MG-1 MkII updates the original MG-1 with a revised motor mounting and drive, tighter platter and bearing tolerances, and a reworked tonearm with a counterweight locator for tracking force/azimuth, a stiffer headshell, and Redline-spec cabling.

Who it suits
