Touraj Moghaddam's 1985 debut attacked the suspended-deck orthodoxy with a rigid multi-layer MDF plinth and a motor mount that yields to transient load, challenging the LP12 head-on. Early plinths can sag around the arm mount, so condition matters.
The deck that broke the LP12's grip on British high-end vinyl in the late 1980s.
