Bang & Olufsen Beogram 4000/4002

Bang & Olufsen Beogram 4000/4002

Vintage & classic turntables · 1972–1981 Discontinued

$1,000–$2,500 typical US used price

Jacob Jensen's tangential-tracking masterpiece used two parallel arms — one sensing record size, one playing — with electronic servo control years ahead of the industry. The 4002 (1974) refined the 4000; both use B&O MMC cartridges.

The most beautiful turntable ever made in many eyes, and a genuine engineering pioneer of linear tracking.
